Instructions to make to make Chicken Soup
- In pressure cooker add desi chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper, salt and water mix well and bring it to boil, cover and pressure cook for 20 - 25 min or until tender
- In a pot add strain chicken stock and take out chicken pieces and shred and set a side
- In prepared chicken stock bring it to boil and add shredded chicken and mix well
- Add chicken powder, salt, crushed black pepper, soya sauce and chilli sauce and mix well, cook on a low flame for 4-5 mins
- In water add corn flour and whisk well
- Add dissolve cornflour, mix gently and cook until soup will thick
- In a bowl,add brown eggs and whisk well
- Gradually add whisked egg and mix gently.. serve hot!!
